As a spray gun operator, you are responsible daily for the following tasks;Thorough cleaning, sanding, and degreasing of vehicle surfaces before paint is applied.Mixing paint and varnish according to specifications to achieve the correct color and consistency.Applying paint or varnish to vehicles and body parts using a spray gun, ensuring an even and high-quality finish.Ensuring proper color matching and inspection of the finish to meet quality standards.Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and long-term durability.Adhering to safety regulations and wearing personal protective equipment to work safely with paint and chemicals.Maintaining work documentation and reporting progress, issues, or deviations to supervisors.Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure the painting process runs smoothly and deadlines are met.

Pistol painter

As a machine operator at our client in Maaseik, you prepare various metalworking machines, execute production orders and monitor the production process in consultation with the production manager.You execute orders and monitor them in consultation with the production manager.You set up the machine, manually load and unload the products, and scan the consumed materials.You closely monitor the process and adjust the machine when necessary.You collaborate with the work preparers to brainstorm ways to optimize production. 

Metalworker

For the job as all-round metalworker in the region of Hasselt:You are responsible for setting up and operating conventional sheet metal working machines such as guillotine shears, press brake and laser cutting machine.Tasks include carrying out work accurately according to technical specifications, interpreting drawings, optimizing machine settings and maintaining safety standards.You move the pieces with the forklift.If necessary, you go along for assembly at the customer.
