Assembling various steel pieces, including profiles for industrial construction, crane tracks, truss girders, and three-dimensional structuresReading and interpreting technical plans and converting them into accurate constructionsUsing tools and measuring instruments to shape constructionsPerforming high-quality welding tasks, clean fillet welds to full penetration welds 

Preparing constructions and workplaceLaying preparatory plastic weldsScraping surfaces to be weldedMarking holes according to the work planTesting and cleaning tanksAssembling pipes, crane work, and supports for HVAC installationsReading and interpreting ISO's, technical drawings, and principle diagramsMeasuring, preparing, and welding (TIG) pipes in materials such as steel, copper, and plastic 

As an assembler/welder at the company in the Maaseik region, you assemble metal constructions and weld them according to technical drawings.You independently assemble small and large constructions based on technical drawings.You perform welding tasks with MIG/MAG and adjust your method to materials of different thicknesses and formats.You check your own work for dimensions, precision, and finish to ensure the requested quality.You collaborate with colleagues within the team to ensure the production process runs efficiently. 

As an operator of the welding robot, you set up the welding robot, supply the machine, and follow the welding instructions.You correctly set up the welding robot, start the machine, and monitor the execution of the welding tasks.You manually supply the welding robot with plates.You carry out the prescribed quality checks and process welded parts where necessary.You assemble various constructions.Depending on the schedule, you take on additional tasks, such as:setting up and operating other metalworking machines, such as a punching machine, bending machine, and saw;assembling and constructing structures based on a plan;preparing parts for shipping by packaging, stacking on pallets, wrapping, and labeling.

As an installer of windows and doors in the region of Riemst:You go with your colleagues to the various construction sites for the installation of windows and doorsYou mainly work for private individualsYou take care of the finishing of the windows and doors such as casing, window sillsIf there is no work as an installer, you help out in the workshop with the production of the windows and doors 

Window & Door Installer

As a tire technician, you work at a fixed location in the Maasmechelen region and are responsible for the daily tire service for customers. You advise customers kindly and with expertise on optimal tire performance. You inspect the condition of the tires and ensure the correct tire pressure. You mount, balance, repair, and replace tires when necessary. You receive tires upon delivery and store them in the warehouse.
