After your internal training, you function as the right hand of the production manager.In his absence, you take over the leadership of the production team (6 people).You store the goods in the correct place in the warehouse.You weigh various raw materials accurately.You assist the production manager in creating the schedule.You work together with the operators and step in where needed: you set up the machines, ensure that the labels on the bottles are attached at the correct height, and monitor the overall quality of the finished products.You ensure the general order and cleanliness in the production hall.

For the site in Wielsbeke, we are looking for a team leader for production. What are your tasks?You manage a team of packaging operators in the production of frozen potato productsYou motivate, guide, and support your team every dayYou ensure that the work progresses smoothly and that the schedule is followedYou assist in problem-solving and coordinate the tasksYou ensure quality, order, safety, and cleanliness on the work floorYou conduct inspections and ensure everything is done according to the correct proceduresYou collaborate with other departments in the companyDoes a team leader in production not seem like the right fit for you?
