In this role, you ensure smooth daily follow-up of the ongoing work.You communicate daily correctly and clearly with all employees about the ongoing work.You coach and motivate the team in the daily operations.You organize the work according to the planning, delegate tasks and follow up on the execution.You monitor the production process and report problems to the technical department.You ensure order, cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations. 

Team Leader

You actively participate in the daily warehouse activities, such as:Order picking and preparing ordersPacking, labeling, and preparing goods for shipmentLoading and unloading trucksForklift workProcessing and checking incoming goodsCorrectly storing items in the warehouseAdministrative tasks such as creating shipping labels 

After your internal training, you function as the right hand of the production manager.In his absence, you take over the leadership of the production team (6 people).You store the goods in the correct place in the warehouse.You weigh various raw materials accurately.You assist the production manager in creating the schedule.You work together with the operators and step in where needed: you set up the machines, ensure that the labels on the bottles are attached at the correct height, and monitor the overall quality of the finished products.You ensure the general order and cleanliness in the production hall.

Packaging team leader

Forklift Driver

For this vacancy, we are looking for an operator who will also work 20% as a forklift driver.In this role, you have the following responsibilities:Perform tasks as an operator on our binding machineStore and register pallets in our manual warehouseHandle assignments from the dispatchers in the warehouse with the forkliftEnsure order and cleanliness in our warehouse

You are responsible for booking goods in and outYou prepare the goods for productionYou place goods in stock and retrieve them from stockYou are responsible for stock management, so your colleague knows how many goods they need to purchaseYou support as a working team leader and step in where necessary, ensuring the production process runs smoothly from A to ZYou actively participate in production daily, spending roughly 80% of your time hands-on and 20% coordinating and directing your colleaguesYou oversee the entire process, from cutting to profile processing, and intervene in cases of employee illness or absenceIn addition, you work closely with the production manager and lead a team of 14 to 15 employeesYou ensure optimal work distribution, monitor quality, and actively contribute to reorganizing the warehouse during quieter momentsYou take initiative in improving production and contribute ideas for future automation or semi-automation within the company 

Workshop Supervisor

As the person responsible for a production zone within the cutting rooms, you manage the daily operations of your zone and monitor the progress of production. You plan and coordinate daily activities in your zone so that production proceeds according to schedule. You manage colleagues on the work floor, support them in their tasks, and help them work efficiently. You oversee hygiene, safety, and the well-being of the team, and ensure compliance with applicable procedures. You monitor production and quality targets, address deviations, and make adjustments when necessary. You identify irregularities and obstacles in production and take immediate action to restore operations in your zone. You coordinate with other zone managers and the production manager and contribute ideas for improvements to make work processes more efficient and effective.

Process Operator
