This is what your job looks like as a mechanic at our client:You maintain various machines in the machine parkYou resolve malfunctions quickly and efficientlyYou perform mechanical repairsYou ensure that the machine park always remains in top condition 

Full-time

You work in the workshop together with a small team of colleagues.You weld and assemble parts for agricultural machines.You customize machines to the client's specifications (e.g. making a bin larger or smaller, bending parts).You work on various machines such as tractors and seeders.Small repairs on tractors can be learned. 

Fitter / Assembler

As a foreman assembly, you oversee the installation of custom metal constructions and support your team of assemblers and welders. Your tasks include:Installing metal constructions: stairs, production lines, safety surfaces, platforms, …Supporting and directing the team of assemblers and weldersMaintaining close contact with the client and project supervisor/managerLeading project startup, follow-up, and closure, with a focus on safety and quality 

Steel Construction Fitter

Assembling and installing metal structures at various locations.Reading technical drawings and translating them into practical applications.Working with various tools and materials. 

As a welder/fabricator, you will work in our workshop manufacturing steel structures for horse stables. You assemble various components and weld them precisely based on a technical plan.Your main tasks:Assembling steel structures and gates according to a technical planWelding structures with a semi-automatic machineChecking dimensions and finishes during and after the workEnsuring a qualitative and neat end result 

Welder

Welding gates with semi-automatic (MIG-MAG)Working based on technical plansMainly custom work, occasionally series productionDaytime hours from Monday to Friday 

Within a technical production environment, you contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality metal components for industrial machine construction, where precision and quality are central.You perform semi-automatic welding based on a welding drawingYou assemble metal parts in the welding fixtureYou carry out quality checks on welded pieces according to the drawingYou check the accuracy and quality of the weld seams 

You are responsible for assembling and welding independent chimneys, as well as welding custom pieces (ductwork and construction work) in both stainless steel and steel. This concretely means that you are responsible for preparing, assembling, and welding various customized metal parts, according to the technical plans and specifications.Your tasks include:Preparation: You read technical drawings and instructions, select the right materials (stainless steel or steel), and ensure proper preparation of the components (such as cutting to size, grinding, and positioning).Assembly: You precisely assemble and position the different parts so they are ready to be welded.Welding: You use both TIG and MIG/MAG welding processes, depending on the material and the requirements of the workpiece. You ensure strong, clean, and accurate weld seams.Installation: Occasionally, you assist in the installation of assembled components in the workshop or on location.Quality control: You perform interim and final inspections on accuracy, strength, and finishing according to the company’s quality standards.You work in a well-equipped workshop alongside experienced colleagues.
