Vacation days
Collective construction holiday:
- 2 weeks summer vacation

You depart from Westmeerbeek or from home to various worksites. The projects are mainly located within a radius of about one hour's drive from Westmeerbeek.
Our partner is active in various construction projects and renovation works. As a handyman, you mainly come into the picture when a project moves toward finishing and delivery.
You ensure that the final work is carried out correctly and that the site can be handed over neatly and completely.
As a polyvalent handyman, you are a true all-rounder on the site. You are deployed for all kinds of small and larger tasks needed to fully finish a construction project.
Your tasks can include the following:
- Carrying out general rough construction works.
- Small foundation works and excavation works.
- Repairing or bricking up openings.
- Small masonry works.
- Installing and repairing gyproc.
- Small plastering works.
- Replacing tiles or carrying out small flooring works.
- Filling, painting and touch-ups.
- Sealing works and other finishing.
- Installing or remounting railings.
- Small roofing works.
- Small plumbing works.
- Small electrical works.
- Transporting materials to the site with the van.
- Carrying out all kinds of small repairs and finishing works so that the site is ready for handover.
You are therefore not the specialist who performs one specific task all day. You are the one who ensures that everything is finished down to the last detail.
You mainly work independently on site and are informed daily which tasks need to be carried out.
You will regularly work at height. In doing so, you can make use of a scaffold, rolling scaffold, ladder, stepladder or aerial work platform.
A certificate to drive the aerial work platform is not required for this position: you will work on it at height, but you do not operate the machine.
