Must-haves for this job

  • you have initial work experience as an operator in a production environment
  • you can drive a forklift or you are willing to learn this internally
  • you have a good knowledge of Dutch or French
  • you have a curious nature
  • you are willing to work in a day schedule during your training period (approximately 6 months), and then switch to a 2-shift system

Salary and extra-legal benefits

This is what you can expect:

  • Depending on your experience, your salary will be between 18.2 and 20 euros per hour.

Vacation days

Because you work 40 hours per week, you accrue 12 extra (paid) vacation days.

The company collectively closes between Christmas & New Year, 1 week during the Easter holidays, and 3 weeks starting from July 21st.

In this job as an operator, you will work as a floater between different departments: on the one hand in the sawing department, on the other hand in the vacuum department.

You will work in a 2-shift system, after completing the full training program in a day schedule.

  • you call up the correct production program on the machine
  • you perform quality control on the processed products
  • you cut the materials to the right size
  • you ensure a clean workplace
  • you supply materials yourself with the forklift
