Job description

What you’ll be doing as Business Development Manager in Brussels?

You will be involved in 2 major tasks for the growth of the Belgium territory:

Business Development/Prospecting (70%):

  • > identify and ensure the acquisition of new customers and new projects, and support sales prospecting using our management tool (CRM);

  • > detect and define new ways to ensure the growth of your perimeter.

  • > create a privileged relationship with your customers and prospects.

  • > identify relevant calls for tender and develop an appropriate commercial offer.

  • > identify and maintain a pool of qualified resources.



Customer relationship follow-up (30%):

  • > take over a portfolio of existing customers and a perimeter and give it your own dynamism.

  • > provide support to resources on ongoing services (performance monitoring, planning, time management, career development);

  • > handle customer relations (identifying needs, prices, deadlines, contract elements, resource identification, coaching, follow-up, customer invoicing).



You will also be in frequent contact with offices in other countries.

Qualities:

Fluent in English & Dutch required, French is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage customer and candidate relations.
You have successful experience in selling services and developping a customer portfolio.
Analytical and listening skills to understand the needs of customers.
