Salary and extra-legal benefits
For this job vacancy as a joiner in the Diest region, you can expect the following salary package:
- You start with a gross salary between €19.3050/hour and €22.1310/hour, depending on your experience, knowledge, and independence in the workplace.
- For each day worked, you receive meal vouchers worth €2.5900. A nice extra that you feel in your budget every month.
- You accrue loyalty stamps worth 9.000% of your gross annual salary. This means a substantial extra payout on top of your regular salary.
- You are entitled to weather compensation stamps amounting to 2.0000% of your gross annual salary, fully in accordance with the benefits of the construction sector.

You start every workday at 6:30 AM in Diest to load materials and then leave for construction sites.

- You install interior doors at new construction sites and sometimes work on renovation projects.
- You remove old carpentry elements during renovations.
- You cut door frames to size yourself.
- You also install laminate and baseboards, among other things.
- You finish all installed interior doors on site and adjust them where necessary.
- You use your own basic tools and occasionally assist in the workshop if needed.
- You generally work until 4:30 PM.
