You work in a practical production environment where production and warehouse work closely together. One day you focus on filling and mixing chemical products. The other day you support shipments and receipts.

As an all-round chemical production worker, you help ensure a safe and efficient production process. You work accurately according to production sheets and procedures while also helping to keep the warehouse running.

In the production department:

  • Collecting and checking raw materials
  • Checking weights, batch numbers, quantities and expiry dates
  • Adding and mixing raw materials in chemical tanks
  • Manually handling bags of 20 to 25 kilograms
  • Operating pumps and moving raw materials with a forklift
  • Setting, monitoring and adjusting production parameters
  • Independently completing chemical solutions
  • Taking samples for quality control
  • Correctly labelling and filling liquids
  • Planning and prioritising production orders
  • Maintaining order, cleanliness, safety and efficiency

In the warehouse department:

  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Preparing picking orders
  • Checking and registering incoming and outgoing goods
  • Checking quantities, batch numbers and documents
  • Applying ADR and CMR guidelines
  • Communicating clearly with drivers and administration
  • Flexibly responding to customer requests and internal planning
