You start at 7:30 am until 4 pm in production.
Vacation days
The company follows the official construction holidays and is during these periods collectively closed.
As a concrete plant operator, you work in the concrete plant. This is an industrial environment where large quantities of concrete are produced daily for various construction projects. The plant consists of different zones, such as storage areas for raw materials (sand, gravel, cement), mixers, conveyor belts, laboratory spaces for quality control, and a control room where the concrete plant operator manages the production process.
For the vacancy of mechanic, we are looking for someone responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the concrete processing installations.
The following tasks are among your responsibilities:
- maintaining (both mechanical and electrical) the concrete plants, concrete distributors, cranes, pumps, water purification installations, heating boilers, ...
- operating and maintaining the water purification station
- performing welding activities
- closely monitoring the security of the installations and correctly applying the safety regulations
- acting preventively so that production always functions optimally
- working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- knowledge of NL or ENG

Must-haves for this job
For the vacancy as mechanic, we are looking for someone who fits the following profile:
- you can independently commute to Oudenaarde
- experience in a similar role is a plus
- basic knowledge of welding (semi-automatic or stick welding)
- solid knowledge of mechanics
- basic knowledge of electricity
- you are not afraid of a dusty work environment and to roll up your sleeves
