The role of Dining Room Supervisor in the hotel includes the following tasks:
Assisting with breakfast service.
Tidying up the dining area and setting tables for the lunch service.
Serving guests during the lunch service.
Preparing the dining area for the evening service after lunch.
Washing and neatly placing glasses.

Ensuring the dining room and bar are left clean and tidy.
