- Holds a valid category C driving licence
- Has a Code 95 that is still valid for at least 1 year
- Is willing to work long working days and many hours

Salary and extra-legal benefits
Wages and premiums
- A starting wage of € 20.669 per hour according to category III
- A conventional premium of 10% for work performed between:
- 6 and 7 o'clock
- 7 and 10 p.m.
- A night allowance of 25% for work performed:
- before 6 a.m.
- after 10 p.m.
- An overtime allowance of 50% after 11 hours worked per day
- An allowance of 50% for work on Saturdays
- An allowance of 100% for work on Sundays and public holidays
Meal allowances
You receive net meal allowances according to the construction sector:
- € 3.37 net per working day when more than 4 hours are worked
- € 5.50 net per working day when more than 9 hours are worked
- An additional allowance of € 2.75 net when more than 11 hours are worked

You will join a family-run company that produces construction materials such as cement and concrete. Thanks to the open and honest communication, there is a pleasant and collegial working atmosphere.
You will work both at the plant and at various construction sites and customers. There, you will deliver ready-mixed concrete and take into account the specific site conditions and safety risks. In addition, you will help with the maintenance and daily operation of the plant.
You will receive work clothing and on-the-job training, so that you can get started with the necessary support and progress within the company.
As a ready-mix mortar driver, you are responsible for safely and punctually delivering mortar to various construction sites.
Your duties include, among other things:
- Loading and delivering ready-mix mortar
- Assessing safety at the construction site
- Reporting risks and providing feedback to the central plant and colleagues
- Taking into account the specific circumstances at each construction site
- Cleaning the truck daily
- Reporting any defects in the truck
- Carrying out cleaning and minor maintenance work at the central plant
You work accurately and pay attention to safety, quality and good cooperation with colleagues.
