Our client is an installation company that offers all techniques under one roof. They specialize in installing electrical installations for medium to large-scale construction projects. They are known for their flexibility, technical expertise, and clear communication. Their clients choose to collaborate because they can rely on one point of contact for all technical works, from preparation to delivery.
As a team leader, you are responsible for the correct execution of projects together with your team. You work closely with two skilled workers and various subcontractors to successfully complete project after project in the Kempen region. You take on a coordinating role, but also actively participate with your team to successfully complete the electrical work.
You start the day by leaving for the site with the bus and possibly picking up some colleagues. At the site, you maintain a good overview of the tasks that still need to be carried out and create a daily schedule. Two to three times a week, you come to our office to consult with the project manager, but the project manager also regularly visits the site to monitor the project.
As a team leader, you are the point of contact for the company at the site. In addition to carrying out the tasks, you are also attentive to safety and the adherence to general agreements.
