As an Electrician:
• You ensure the laying and connecting of electricity, including making grooves through grinding and chiseling work.
• You provide electricity supplies and connections to the low-voltage grid in private homes.
• You carry out all kinds of electrical work.
• You perform checks on the proper functioning of installations.
• You monitor the quality of equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• You apply electrical installation techniques.
• You connect electrical motors and their control components / industry and or maintenance.
• You install photocells and proximity switches.
• You install three-phase power supplies.
• You recognize network systems and detect faults in various types of networks.
• You install and connect various industrial lighting systems.
• You install emergency power systems and safety lighting.
• You install and connect the distribution box.
• You install and connect a local data network.
• You plan and prepare the work for the realization of an industrial installation.
• You use hand tools, such as a hammer, screwdriver, wrench, drill, etc.
• You apply the general regulations for electrical installations.
• You ensure the connection and assembly of a PLC control / industry and or maintenance.
• You operate a height worker.
• You install solar panels.
• You assemble an electrical distribution board.
• You assemble high voltage components mainly for industry.
• You install parts of installations for climate control (HVAC: heat, ventilation and cooling).
Must-haves for this job
As a Residential Electrician: - you already have a first experience (can also be an internship) - you are eager to learn - you are flexible (depending on distance, they start earlier)
