As a Service Technician, you combine work in our workshop with service interventions at clients.
Interested in a varied job with technology and teamwork? In this vacancy, you will contribute to innovative systems, both in the workshop and at customer locations!
On-site service activities (approximately 30%)
- You detect technical malfunctions and look for solutions, both electrical and mechanical.
- You replace defective parts and carry out repairs, ensuring machines run optimally again.
- You perform periodic maintenance and conduct inspections to guarantee the functionality of the machines.
- New installations? You handle the setup and commissioning at the customer's location.
- You are responsible for proper adjustments and thorough testing of the machines on-site.
- You assist customers with technical explanations and practical advice regarding maintenance and proper use of the installations.
- Afterwards, you create a clear report detailing what you did and which parts were replaced.
Assembly and assembly in the workshop (approximately 70%)
- You construct complete machines and components based on assembly plans, diagrams, and part lists.
- You install wiring and carefully connect electrical components (such as sensors, motors, and controllers).
- Mechanically, you also finely tune the machines: you check alignment, clearances, and coupling mechanisms, among other things.
- You thoroughly test the functioning, paying attention to safety and preparation for delivery or functionality tests (FAT).
