Salary and extra-legal benefits

- Correct starting wage of €16.51 gross/hour, or negotiable in relation to knowledge, experience, and category according to joint committee 149.01 ELECTRICIANS: INSTALLATION & DISTRIBUTION
- Salary supplemented with eco vouchers up to a maximum of €250/year.
- Commuting allowance or bicycle allowance.
- Through temporary employment, you are entitled to a year-end bonus and vacation pay proportionate to your worked days.
- Full-time contract in a 39-hour workweek with a schedule from Monday to Friday.
- You start your workday at 7:45 AM at the workshop in Mechelen.

• Location: Located in the Mechelen region, with a workshop as the central base for sites throughout Belgium and occasionally abroad.
• Team: A close-knit team of approximately 14 employees with a mix of experienced craftsmen and young talent. There is a multicultural atmosphere where Dutch, French, and sometimes German are used interchangeably.
• Accessibility: Easily accessible via the major approach roads around Mechelen. You usually start from the workshop and then drive together with colleagues to the site.

For the position of installer of cooling cells you start the workday at the workshop in the region of Mechelen, where you load the van together with your colleagues and depart to the construction site.
Your tasks are varied and consist of, among other things:
- Assembling and installing cooling and freezing cells in supermarkets, food companies, and cleanrooms.
- Installing custom sandwich panels, doors, and sliding doors.
- Performing measurements and preliminary assembly work on the construction site.
- Working with steel, stainless steel, and coated plates for industrial finishing.
- Collaborating with colleagues on challenging custom projects.
