  • You have a category B driving licence
  • A category CE driving licence is a nice additional asset
  • A Basic Construction Safety certificate is not required at the start; if necessary, it can be obtained through us

You work from the warehouse in Zandhoven. Every morning, you leave at 6:30 a.m. together with your regular team for the various construction sites. At the end of the working day, you return to the warehouse.

You will join a stable and experienced work team, where colleagues have been working together for many years. The construction sites are varied and located in different places, meaning that no working day is the same.

As an experienced screed worker, you will be part of a permanent and stable team. Together, you are responsible for the complete subfloor package: from floor insulation and underfloor heating to screeding works.

You carry out screeding works from A to Z and ensure that every site is completed qualitatively, correctly and neatly. You know your trade and work independently, but also consult smoothly with your colleagues and the site manager.

Your working day starts at 6:30 a.m. at the warehouse in Zandhoven. From there, you leave together with your team for the site. After the work is completed, you return to the warehouse.

Your tasks include:

  • Preparing and carrying out screeding works
  • Working on different projects and at various sites
  • Ensuring an accurate and neat finish
  • Correctly using and maintaining the materials
  • Identifying and solving problems on the site
  • Working together with colleagues to successfully complete every assignment
