For the job of shuttering carpenter:

  • Experience as a shuttering carpenter is a plus.
  • No experience yet? Then you are motivated and eager to learn the trade of shuttering carpenter.
  • You speak good Dutch, so you can communicate smoothly with your colleagues.
  • You have a category B driving license to easily travel to different construction sites.
  • A VCA certificate is an extra asset.

  • You work on various construction sites in Belgium.
  • When planning, your region is taken into account to minimize long commutes and traffic jams as much as possible.

As a formworker, you work on concrete constructions such as walls, beams, and floor slabs.

  • You create and place formwork for walls, beams, and floor slabs.
  • You perform both traditional formwork and system formwork, including Peri and Doka, and work with exposed concrete where necessary.
  • You place prefab elements at the construction site.
  • You move materials with the crane and manually, depending on the activities at the site.
  • You read plans and build supports and scaffolding for the constructions based on them.
  • You contribute to the preparation of the basic structure, such as excavation pits and foundations, while ensuring the site remains safe.

This general contractor is mainly active in civil engineering, buildings, and hydraulic works.
