In this role, you will take on the following tasks among others:

  • Leading a team of formwork carpenters/masons and distributing the work on the site.
  • Planning and organizing formwork operations to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitoring quality and safety during execution.
  • Assisting with complex formwork operations when necessary.
  • Coordinating materials and logistics for smooth progress of the work.
  • Acting as a point of contact for the project leader and team members.
  • Guiding and coaching team members to improve their skills.
