Vacation days
- You are entitled to statutory vacation days according to Belgian regulations, accrued based on your performance. This amounts to approximately 20 vacation days per year.
- In the construction sector, you also benefit from the well-known construction leave during the summer period. This means you are collectively at home for about 3 weeks during the summer months.
- Additionally, between Christmas and New Year, you enjoy approximately 2 weeks of collective leave. A period during which many colleagues deliberately choose to fully relax and spend time with family and rest.
- Besides your regular vacation, you also receive compensatory rest days. On these days, you do not need to work without having to use statutory vacation days.
You will join a specialized family business in glassworks.
Together with a close-knit team of colleagues, you work daily on diverse glass applications for private and professional customers. The projects range from glass doors and shower walls to balustrades, mirrors, and custom-made interior glass.

As a glass installer, you are responsible for installing and finishing various glass applications.
Your tasks include:
- Cutting glass to size
- Installing glass doors, shower glass, mirrors, and glass walls
- Assembling glass balustrades and railings
- Installing float glass and other glass applications
- Finishing installed glass with attention to detail
- Collaborating with your colleague in a fixed team
- Working cleanly and safely on site
- Proper handling of materials and tools
- Depending on scheduling, you will work daily on multiple smaller sites or larger projects.
Our client is a super professional family-run company, specialized in processing and installing glass.
They mainly focus on interior glass, such as glass doors, shower walls and doors, balustrades, splashbacks.
They also perform glass repairs or replacement from single to double glazing.
