Salary and extra-legal benefits
Our client pays you according to the official scales of PC124 (Construction sector):
- Hourly wage between €18.39 gross per hour and €22.13 gross per hour
- Clothing allowance of €0.50/worked day
- Commute and mobility allowance
- Overtime is correctly compensated according to sector rules
- Hospitalization and group insurance after the introductory period
- Supplementary pension accrual
Vacation days
- Legal vacation days: you are entitled to your vacation days according to Belgian legislation, accrued based on your performance in the previous year. This amounts to approximately 20 days of annual leave, depending on your contracted hours and performance.
- Construction leave: in the construction sector, there is a tradition of a collective construction holiday in the summer, lasting for 3 weeks.
- Christmas holiday: between Christmas and New Year, you are also on leave for 2 weeks.
- Compensatory rest days: in addition to your statutory vacation, there are compensatory rest days that are determined sector-wide. On these days, you do not work and do not take vacation days, but compensatory rest days.

Together with a colleague, you will drive a van to different locations throughout Flanders. Sometimes you stay overnight close to the site location. You always work outside, even when the weather is less favorable.
We are looking for a Groundworker for the construction of tank and loading stations.
What will you do?
- You place tanks in the ground.
- You ensure the necessary foundations.
- You install or replace sewer systems.
- You are responsible for the further development of the surroundings of the tank station.
This construction group is one of the largest in Belgium and is active on more than 250 sites every day. With no less than 2,000 colleagues, they work together on projects for roads, buildings, sports facilities, and water purification.
