Job description

For the vacancy of a groundworker with technical knowledge in Ghent, you will be assigned a variety of tasks. Below you will find a selection from the range of tasks: - After an intensive training/education, you are responsible for converting gas and electricity meters to digital meters at private customers. - Converting gas and electricity meters to digital meters - Commissioning of the new electricity & natural gas meters - You report your progress via a digital platform (on tablet) and to the team coach - Although you work independently, you can count on a team coach and your colleagues for the necessary support - You travel every day to customers in the Schelde-Waas region and work independently. Your profile

For a company in Ghent, we are looking for a groundworker with technical knowledge. To be eligible for this vacancy, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You have experience in groundwork

  • Basic knowledge of electricity is a plus

  • You are precise and can complete a task independently with an eye for safety and quality

  • You can easily handle a tablet, or are willing to learn. You will use this tablet for your daily planning and reporting.

  • You are proactive and responsible for your stock/material

  • You are flexible and motivated

  • You have a good command of the Dutch language

  • You are in possession of a driver's license B
