Salary and extra-legal benefits
You can expect this:
- Depending on your experience, your salary ranges between €18,592 and €22,374 per hour.
- You receive €9 in meal vouchers for each day worked.

As an HVAC Mechanic, you will work on a variety of projects in different sectors. You will find yourself on worksites such as office buildings, industrial sites, healthcare institutions and public buildings. Together with experienced colleagues, you ensure that technical installations are correctly installed and delivered. You work in a professional environment where craftsmanship and teamwork are important. No working day is the same because of the variety in projects.
As an HVAC Technician, you play an important role in the installation of heating and ventilation systems. You ensure that all installations are correctly placed, connected, and tested.
- You install central heating systems such as boilers, heat pumps, and radiators.
- You place and connect pipes, pumps, shut-off valves, and other components.
- You install air ducts and HVAC installations according to the plan.
- You correctly adjust new installations.
- You test installations to guarantee proper operation.
- You check whether the installations comply with the applicable standards and safety regulations.
- You work closely with colleagues and other involved parties on the site.
