Salary and extra-legal benefits

This is what you can expect for this position as HVAC foreman in the Leuven region or the Geel region:

  • Depending on your experience, your gross salary will range between €22.934 and €30.000 per hour.
  • You will receive €250.000 in eco vouchers on top of your salary.
  • You will receive €7.360 in meal vouchers per working day.
  • A pension premium of 0.760% of your gross salary, allowing you to start saving for later.
  • Loyalty stamps worth 9.000% of your gross annual salary, which is a nice bonus at the end of the year.
  • A bad weather compensation of 2.000% of your gross annual salary.
  • A laundry allowance of €0.500 per working day.
  • A bad weather premium of €5.300 per day in case of work interruption due to bad weather.
  • Annual payout of vacation money as determined within the construction sector.
  • You will receive a turnover bonus of up to €1000.000 per year.

You will be part of an international technical player specializing in HVAC installations and building technologies.

Together with your team, you work on complex projects within the Building Solutions Projects department. Quality, safety, and sustainability are central to this.

You are the link between project management and the employees on-site, and you help to complete projects in a qualitative and efficient manner.

You will work on sites in Flemish Brabant, Limburg, and the Kempen.

You don't go to the depot daily: you drive directly to the sites.

You work on large construction projects, such as hospitals, data centers, offices, and shopping centers.

You are part of a site team and work together with subcontractors.

You coordinate on-site with the project manager, the client, and/or the design office.

As team leader HVAC in the Leuven region or Geel region, you manage a team of installers and subcontractors on-site daily.

Your tasks include:

  • Managing employees and subcontractors on-site
  • Interpreting technical plans and translating them into practice
  • Monitoring and adjusting completed work
  • Communicating with the project leader, client, and design offices
  • Helping ensure proper scheduling of people and materials
  • Overseeing quality, safety, and correct execution of the work
  • Assisting the team on-site when necessary
  • Coordinating HVAC installations within larger technical projects

  • You see visible results every day on site: from assembling HVAC installations to installing ventilation ducts, suspension brackets, and fittings.
  • You combine technical work with management: you coordinate your team and subcontractors and align with the project manager, client, and/or the engineering office.
  • You work in a fixed region based out of depot Leuven, with sites in Flemish Brabant, Limburg, and Kempen.
  • You head directly to the sites in the mornings.
