Salary and extra-legal benefits
Here is what you can expect for this position as HVAC foreman in the Leuven region or Geel region:
- Depending on your experience, your gross salary ranges between €22.9340 and €30.0000 per hour.
- You receive €250.0000 in eco vouchers on top of your salary.
- You are entitled to €7.3600 in meal vouchers per worked day.
- A pension contribution of 0.7600% of your gross salary, allowing you to save for the future.
- Loyalty stamps worth 9.0000% of your gross annual salary, which is a nice bonus at the end of the year.
- A bad weather compensation of 2.0000% on your gross annual salary.
- A washing allowance of €0.5000 per worked day.
- A bad weather premium of €5.3000 per day in case of work interruptions due to bad weather.

You will be joining an international technical player specializing in HVAC installations and building technologies.
Together with your team, you will work on complex projects within the Building Solutions Projects department. Quality, safety, and sustainability are central here.
You are the link between project management and the staff on-site and help to finish projects efficiently and with high quality.
You will work on sites in Flemish Brabant, Limburg, and the Kempen.
You do not go to the depot daily: you drive directly to the sites.
You work on large construction projects, such as hospitals, data centers, offices, and shopping centers.
You are part of a site team and collaborate with subcontractors.
On-site, you coordinate with the project manager and with the client and/or the design office.
As team leader HVAC in the Leuven region or Geel region, you manage a team of technicians and subcontractors on-site daily.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- Managing employees and subcontractors on-site
- Interpreting technical plans and translating them into practice
- Monitoring and adjusting the work carried out
- Communicating with the project manager, client, and design offices
- Helping ensure proper planning of personnel and materials
- Ensuring quality, safety, and correct execution of the works
- Participating in on-site work if necessary
- Coordinating HVAC installations within larger technical projects
- You see visible results on the construction site every day: from installing HVAC systems to placing ventilation ducts, suspension brackets, and fittings.
- You combine technique with management: you coordinate your team and subcontractors and liaise with the project leader, client, and/or design office.
- You work in a fixed region from the Leuven depot, with sites in Flemish Brabant, Limburg, and the Kempen.
- You leave directly for the sites in the morning.
