Salary and extra-legal benefits
- You start with a gross salary of at least €19.3050/h. Do you already have solid experience in the construction sector? Then your salary can grow up to €25.0000/h.
- For every day worked, you receive meal vouchers worth €7.3600. That means extra budget for groceries, lunch, or a quick stop on your way home every workday.
- Annually, you receive eco vouchers worth €250.0000 on top of your salary package. Useful for purchases such as electronics, bicycles, gardening materials, or other sustainable products.
- You automatically build extra security for the future thanks to a pension premium of 0.7600% of your gross salary.
- On top of that, you receive loyalty stamps worth 9.0000% of your gross annual salary. A nice extra amount that is paid annually within the construction sector.
- You are entitled to bad weather compensation of 2.0000% of your gross annual salary, fully in line with the benefits of PC124.
- For every day worked, you receive a laundry allowance of €0.5000, which also supports your work clothes.
- Is work halted due to bad weather? Then you receive a bad weather allowance of €5.3000 per day.

You will be part of an international technical company specialized in building technologies and HVAC installations.
Together with fellow technicians, you will work on various projects within buildings and industrial environments. You will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, and technical interventions on HVAC installations.

- You will depart from the depot in Leuven or the depot in Geel and work at sites in Flemish Brabant, Limburg, and the Campine region.
- You go directly to the sites; you don't need to go to the depot first.
- You work in building maintenance, such as offices, schools, hospitals, and public buildings.
- You collaborate with fellow technicians, project leaders, and clients.
As an HVAC technician for the region of Leuven or the region of Geel, you are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of various HVAC installations.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Carrying out maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation installations
- Detecting and resolving technical malfunctions
- Performing repairs and installations
- Making technical diagnoses and efficiently solving problems
- Accurately processing completed assignments administratively
- Reporting completed work
- Advising customers where needed
- Collaborating with fellow technicians, project leaders, and customers
- Working safely, orderly, and precisely on location
