Our client specializes in high-quality technical installations, with a strong focus on, among other things, heating, heat pumps, ventilation and cooling.

To continue to provide optimal support to customers after installation, they want to further expand their service and maintenance operations.

And that’s where you come in.

You will not be joining a fully finished system in which all procedures are already fixed. On the contrary: you will get the opportunity to think along with our client about how maintenance, monitoring and service will be organized in the future.

New installations will increasingly be delivered as connected, so that devices can be monitored remotely, read out and, where possible, adjusted.

The goal? Detect problems faster, resolve malfunctions remotely where possible and only go on-site when it is really necessary.

You will become one of the important technical links in the expansion of that operation.

As a service and maintenance technician HVAC, you combine technical work at customers' premises with remote follow-up and actively think along about the further expansion of the service operations.

At the customer

You are responsible for, among other things:

  • Commissioning and adjusting new HVAC installations.
  • Adjusting flow rates and control parameters.
  • Providing a clear technical explanation to the customer.
  • Preventive maintenance of heat pumps, boilers, ventilation units and cooling installations.
  • Detecting and resolving technical malfunctions.
  • Measuring installations electrically and hydraulically.
  • Reading out and analyzing controls.
  • Finding the cause of a malfunction and resolving it efficiently.
  • Carrying out repairs.
  • Providing technical support to installation teams during start-up and more complex controls.

From a distance

An important part of this function is the further evolution towards smart and connected installations.

You:

  • ensure that new installations become as connected and remotely readable as possible;
  • monitor installations via monitoring tools;
  • analyze deviations and possible malfunctions;
  • try to resolve problems remotely as much as possible;
  • technically prepare interventions in advance when a visit is still necessary;
  • ensure that you leave for the customer with the right diagnosis and the right parts.

You help build the service organization

This is what makes this vacancy truly special.

You think along about:

  • maintenance plans;
  • maintenance contracts;
  • the frequency of maintenance;
  • which data and measurement values are important;
  • standard reports for interventions;
  • the way technical data is recorded;
  • monitoring and remote tools;
  • alarms and threshold values;
  • how malfunctions can first be analyzed remotely.

You correctly digitally register your performed work, measurement values and hours.

In addition, you report wear and tear, possible repairs and improvement opportunities at customers and pass this information on to the back office.

Our client guarantees high-quality solutions and custom work in the field of HVAC and sanitation, both for new construction and renovation. They are a regional specialist in HVAC and sanitation, known for their focus on quality and customer-oriented approach.

Diversity and inclusion are important to Accent. Whoever, whatever or however you are or whatever you stand for, it's your talents that make the difference.
