Working as kitchen staff at our client's trendy beer café looks something like this:
You perform preparatory tasks for both hot and cold kitchen preparations.
You process ingredients using basic cooking techniques into hot and cold kitchen preparations.
You place orders and receive food supplies within the kitchen.
You prepare dishes and meals according to appropriate culinary techniques.
You finish dishes and check their quality, working under the supervision of a chef.
HACCP has few secrets for you: you perfectly apply all hygiene rules along with your colleagues.
