  • You work a daytime schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Fridays until 12:30 p.m.

You will work in a production environment where metal profiles are manufactured according to technical drawings, production orders and predefined quality standards. You will work on a profiling line and be responsible for correct setup, smooth operation and close monitoring of the production process.

As the operator-setter of the profiling line:

  • You prepare the press, straightening machine, profiling machine and printer
  • You set up the machines according to production orders, setup sheets and technical drawings
  • You assemble and adjust tools, rolls and accessories
  • You produce the first pieces and check the critical dimensions
  • You start the production process and monitor the operation of the profiling line
  • You adjust machine parameters for optimal production
  • You carry out interim quality checks on dimensions, shape and finish
  • You record production data, changeover work and any deviations
  • You read and interpret technical drawings and measurement reports
  • You report quality problems and technical malfunctions
