• You have at least a BSO diploma in an electrotechnical field.
• You have basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and plumbing; knowledge of water purification and steam installations is a plus.
• You have experience with welding.
• You work independently, prioritize, and have a strong problem-solving ability.
• Safety is a high priority for you, and you communicate smoothly with various parties.
• You are flexible, including for weekend work (Saturdays).
• You are comfortable working with a computer and have basic knowledge of Office.
• You are a true team player and enjoy collaborating with fellow technicians.
Salary and extra-legal benefits
Hourly wage: From €19.86 gross per hour (based on knowledge, experience, and education, with a 36-hour workweek).

Vacation days
You work 40 hours in a 38-hour system. As a result, you have your 20 vacation days as well as 12 additional leave days per year.
You work at our factory in Turnhout
As a Facility Technician, you are responsible for performing and coordinating facility tasks on the company premises. You ensure that both minor and complex malfunctions are efficiently resolved and contribute to a safe and well-maintained work environment.
Tasks:
- Resolving facility malfunctions and performing maintenance on installations such as steam systems, water purification systems, and compressed air compressors.
- Performing safety checks and weekly tests (e.g., sprinkler systems, roof inspections).
- Supervising contractors and suppliers during on-site work.
- Carrying out general facility tasks such as replacing lights, installing fencing, and making structural repairs.
*Actively following up and resolving safety reports.
