You recognize yourself in the following profile:
- you have experience as a foreman or demonstrate leadership qualities
- you have experience as a mason, preferably in renovation or restoration
- you have broad experience with various construction techniques, such as masonry, formwork, iron bending, concreting, and grouting
- you can read plans and work independently
- you can communicate fluently in Dutch and have a driver's license B

Salary and extra-legal benefits
This is what you can expect:
- depending on your experience, your salary ranges between €20,849 and €24,344 per hour
- you receive €7.5 in meal vouchers for each worked day
- as a bricklayer team leader, there is the possibility to drive a van for commuting
- permanent job option after a positive temporary employment period
Vacation days
- 3 weeks collective vacation during the summer months (construction leave)

You work on sites in the Geel and Limburg region, primarily on projects where historical buildings are restored or renovated. You lead a small team and ensure that the works proceed safely and with high-quality standards.
You also participate in the work yourself.
As a foreman mason/construction, you are the point of contact on the site and take an active role in the work itself.
Your tasks are:
- performing construction work, such as masonry and concrete work
- restoring and repairing historical buildings and monuments
- guiding and directing your team on the site
- ensuring safety and correctly applying safety standards
You don't work on 'ordinary' construction sites, but on buildings that hold significant value for our society.
