Salary & Work regime:

  • You earn a gross hourly wage between 18 and 25 euros, depending on your knowledge and experience.
  • Your official working hours are 38 hours per week, but you effectively work 39 hours and 20 minutes per week with 8 paid ADV days per year.
  • Work alternately in an early or late shift
    • Early shift: 07:00 - 15:22
    • Late shift: 09:38 - 18:00
  • No weekend work – you enjoy free weekends!
  • You receive meal vouchers of 10.00 euros per working day

After a positive temporary period, you get a permanent contract and enjoy additional benefits:

  • Hospitalization insurance
    • Free for you as an employee
    • Your children (dependent, up to max. 25 years): only €2.30 net/month
    • Your partner: €4.60 net/month
  • Group insurance (pension savings plan)
    • Fully financed by the employer
    • Annually, 5% of your gross annual salary is saved for you

Kilometer reimbursement

  • Car: Daily allowance depending on the number of kilometers – partially tax-free
  • Bicycle: 0.32 euros per kilometer traveled – fully tax-free

Emergency service (voluntary)

  • You receive a fixed weekly reimbursement for being on call (376.69 euros gross/week on call), regardless of the number of interventions.
  • For each breakdown service, you receive a dispatch fee (37.89 euros gross).
  • For each period with breakdown service, you receive a one-time net bonus of 10 euros, with a separate arrangement for the weekend.
  • Hours worked are compensated attractively:
    • 150% on weekdays (outside regular hours) and Saturday during the day
    • 200% at night, on Saturday night, Sunday, and public holidays

  • No collective closure – you choose your leave in consultation
  • 20 statutory vacation days (for a full year of full-time employment in the previous year)
  • 8 paid ADV days per year
  • Seniority days starting from the 2nd year of employment (the period as interim is counted for the calculation of seniority)

The technical team in the Truck Center is led by the workshop manager. It consists of two teams of technicians, each supervised by a team leader, who are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of trucks and buses.

  • You detect malfunctions, diagnose them, and resolve them quickly
