Additionally, you can expect:
A full-time work schedule.
Two consecutive days off each week.
A permanent contract after a successful period of 125 worked days via Accent.
Bosses who are primarily humane and approachable.
Moreover, you will have plenty of free time during the day as the sports bar typically opens at 16:00, on Wednesdays at 14:00, and on weekends at 12:00. This is when you will be needed, usually until around midnight. This role is not your typical nine-to-five job.

Job description
What's in a name? The title of Operations Manager might not reveal much, so we’ll explain it in detail below:
Ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and the various activities (bowling, karaoke, pool, arcade, darts, shuffleboard, etc.).
Achieving the set targets.
Working closely with other colleagues and reporting weekly to management.
Organizing and coordinating special events.
Overseeing the internal organization and safety in the kitchen and dining areas.
Placing orders and managing stock.
Training and guiding staff.
You are the person who always has the right solution ready or can come up with one on the spot.
