Starting salary is minimum 18€ with the following shift premiums on top of that

Job description

To support our growth, we are looking for a process operator with drive to continuously learn.
Below is an overview of your tasks within this vacancy

  • You will work in a team of 9 and be responsible for a part of the production process.

  • Setting and adjusting machines

  • Keeping an overview of the process

  • Coordinating with various colleagues to guarantee quality, efficiency & safety

  • Taking samples

  • Registering production data in the ERP system

  • Trouble shooting and solving operational problems independently

  • Team transfer and communication

  • Continuous learning and development in order to understand the entire production process

  • In time, you may be called in to help train new colleagues as a godfather/measurer


Your profile

The profile we are looking for for this job looks like this:

  • You have preferably already had your first work experience as a process operator or enjoyed technical training

  • You have technical insight and a good learning ability
