Food Production Operator

Our client is looking for motivated operators who not only participate in their production process but also want to think along with the customer.Your tasks:You set up the production line smoothly and accurately, tailored to the product we are making.You supply the lines with the correct raw materials and packaging materials.You keep your workplace clean and organized – hygiene is our top priority.You check the quality of our products and act immediately if necessary. 

As an operator in the bakery, you keep the production line running and monitor the baking process.You operate one or more production machines and independently control the production line.You set machines correctly, start up the line and closely follow the production process.You prepare recipes according to the prescribed instructions and ensure that the process continues to run smoothly.You monitor the baking process and check the quality of the products through sample taking and parameter checks.You assemble and disassemble parts during a product change or after production.You keep the production line neat and orderly and work according to safety, quality and hygiene regulations. 

Bakery Operator

The production operator works in 3 shifts at our client in Maasmechelen and handles the daily production and packaging activities. Starting up, setting, and operating production machines. Supplying production, both manually and with the forklift. Conducting quality checks using a checklist. Packing, labeling, and preparing goods for shipping or pickup by logistics colleagues. Cleaning and keeping the workspace tidy. Performing manual tasks within the production process. 

Ensure the correct setup, operation, and maintenance of the machines involved in sorting, washing, processing, and packaging potatoes and onionsPerform quality checks to ensure our products meet the required standards and specificationsIdentify and resolve malfunctions or deviations in the production processAccurately record production data and report it to your supervisorWork according to the established safety and hygiene guidelines to guarantee a safe workplace 

Producing soft and hard nougatChecking the thickness of the nougat on the conveyor beltMonitoring the automatic nougat lineCutting nougat for packagingGrinding hard nougat into pieces 

You monitor the processes using various computer screensYou ensure that the correct quantities are combined via the screen and manually add more if necessaryYou can repair malfunctions in the machines yourself or report them to the responsible colleagues if necessaryYou keep the production and office space clean and are not afraid to do some sweeping 

Preparing all necessary auxiliary materials for starting productionSetting up and using the filling machinesPerforming checks on fruit containersSampling for the laboratoryConducting all necessary quality controlsFilling out various documentsManually and correctly cleaning the machines 

As an operator, you ensure the smooth running of production. The tasks for this job are: You set up machines, convert the production line and monitor production via various parametersYou prepare raw materials and load the machinesYou check the quality of the produced goodsYou clean the installation, pipes and production area

Production Operator
