Job description

As an operator, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing the bagging machine. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • You ensure that the machines are correctly set for the right product packaging.

  • You closely follow the production process and intervene in case of deviations to ensure quality and efficiency.

  • You regularly perform checks on the bags and report any deviations or problems.

  • In case of technical malfunctions, you take the appropriate steps to resolve them quickly and effectively.

  • When the machine is idle, you ensure that you perform useful work, such as assisting colleagues or cleaning your workspace.

  • You keep your workspace and shared areas clean and orderly to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.


Your profile

For the job as Operator in the Ostend region, you need the following skills and knowledge to be successful:


  • You have completed a technical education or have an interest in technology (experience in a production environment is a plus).

  • You work accurately, have an eye for detail, and can respond quickly to malfunctions.

  • You are a real team player, but can also function independently.

  • Flexibility, stress resistance, and a 'hands-on' mentality are natural for you.

  • You have the necessary basic PC skills and master the Dutch language.

  • You are willing to work alternately in a 3-shift system (early, afternoon, and night shift, depending on necessity).
