Job description

What are your responsibilities as an operator in een industrial bakery?


  • Operate, set and monitor automated bakery machines and production lines according to production planning and specifications

  • Oversee the baking process, including dough preparation, kneading, rising, baking and packaging

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and food safety regulations

  • Identify and resolve operational problems or malfunctions during the production process

  • Perform quality checks on products and record production data

  • Perform maintenance work on machinery and equipment




Your profile


  • Experience as an industrial baker/operator in a production environment, preferably in the food sector

  • Knowledge of baking processes, dough preparation and operating automated machines

  • Understanding of quality standards and food safety regulations

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team

  • Flexibility in working hours, as the company works in shifts

  • Good knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a production environment
