Salary and extra-legal benefits

- Correct starting salary from €18 to €24 gross/hour, negotiable in relation to knowledge, experience, and category according to collective labor agreement 112.00 GARAGE COMPANY.
- Salary supplemented with eco vouchers of up to €250/year and meal vouchers of €6/day.
- Commuting allowance.
- Through temporary employment, you are entitled to a year-end bonus and holiday pay in proportion to your worked days.
- With a permanent contract, you also receive hospitalization and group insurance.
- Full-time contract in a 40-hour work week with 12 ADV days attached.
- Your weekly schedule is from Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 45-minute lunch break.

Vacation days

For the vacancy as all-round car body technician, you start the workday in the workshop in the Mechelen region, where you are presented with the day's schedule.
Your tasks are varied and consist, among other things, of:
- Carrying out assembly and disassembly work on vehicles during damage repair
- Preparing car body work such as filling, sanding, and setting up for paintwork
- Carrying out sheet metal repairs and structural repairs on vehicles
- Providing support in the paint booth as backup during absence or busy periods
- Ensuring a neat and high-quality finish for repaired vehicles
