As a responsible workshop worker, you work in the concrete plant. This is an industrial environment where large quantities of concrete are produced daily for various construction projects. The plant consists of different zones, such as storage areas for raw materials (sand, gravel, cement), mixers, conveyor belts, laboratory spaces for quality control, and a control room where the concrete operator manages the production process.
You are responsible for the daily management of the prefab concrete workshop and you respond to changing circumstances in the production process. You maintain an overview of the entire department and ensure an efficient workflow. You implement optimizations in techniques and processes. You assist in staffing and monitoring personnel.

No day is the same: you deal with different projects, changing colleagues, and diverse challenges. You regularly work both indoors and outdoors and are often really engaged with hands-on tasks.
