Salary and extra-legal benefits

As a production worker fine assembly/soldering at our client in Oostkamp, you can expect the following if you join their team:

  • Permanent employment from Monday to Friday
  • After a positive temporary period, your permanent contract follows
  • Attractive salary, depending on your experience/knowledge
  • Meal vouchers per worked day
  • Flexible working hours. You start between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM and finish between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM (depending on what suits you best). For a lunch break, you take a minimum of 45 minutes and a maximum of 1.5 hours pause. This is also freely selectable.
  • 20 statutory leave days supplemented with 15 paid ADV days
  • Leave can be taken freely (only collective closure between Christmas and New Year)

As a production worker/solderer of electronic equipment, you and your colleagues are responsible for precise soldering and assembly work, specifically intended for radar and communication systems.

After extensive internal training and a guidance phase, you will independently or as part of a small team:

  • assemble components and final products
  • engage in fine mechanical assembly work
  • read technical drawings and perform precision tasks
  • contribute to ensuring the high quality standards required for our products.
