  • You have completed the 2nd grade in ASO, TSO or KSO or the 3rd grade in BSO.
  • You really want to work outdoors.
  • You are fully willing to work shifts and weekends.

You mainly work in a train yard, where trains are parked, assembled and prepared for departure.

You mainly work outdoors and are part of a team that ensures that the trains can depart according to the correct composition and safety procedures.

You work in a 3x8 shift system, which makes flexibility in your working hours important

For the Train Assembler position, you will be assigned a range of tasks.

Below you will find a selection of the duties:

  • You couple locomotives and carriages together so that the train can depart in the correct composition.
  • You uncouple trains arriving in the train yard.
  • You carry out brake tests.
  • You operate electrical cables and carriage switches.
