Salary and extra-legal benefits
This is what your package looks like:
- Depending on your experience, your salary is between 18.592 and 22.374 euros per hour.
- You receive an additional allowance if you cycle to your job.
- You receive 6.75 euros in meal vouchers for each working day.
- Your additional costs are reimbursed via the expense allowance.

- Your public transport travel costs are reimbursed.
- You receive extra leave or ADV days.
Vacation days
- 20 vacation days (statutory) and 12 ADV days (extra).

- You will work on construction sites on the railway network of Belgium.
You work on the construction and renewal of railway tracks, switches, and level crossings.
- You lay down railway tracks and renew switches and level crossings.
- You optimize the rail network in collaboration with colleagues.
- You work with specialized rail tools and machines.
- You operate small machines, such as drilling, milling, and fastening machines.
- You assist with large rail tools, such as tamping machines and renewal trains.
