- Gross salary between €2400 and €3200, depending on experience

You are the bridge between international talents and Belgian companies.
You sense what people need to feel at home. You speak their language, understand their story, and help them move forward. As a Recruiter Foreign Community at Accent, you not only give Bulgarian candidates opportunities but also trust. And that makes you indispensable.
We are looking for DRIVEN RECRUITERS with international vibes
You are the support and go-to for candidates from the Bulgarian community. You help them find their way in the Belgian labor market and convince companies of their talent. You are a matchmaker with commercial flair and a heart for people.
What does the job look like?
Your role is versatile and people-oriented. No day is the same, but here's what you can expect:
- Active searching: you scour job boards, social media, and databases for suitable profiles. You contact these candidates so we can help with matching them to a job. Your phone is your best friend to find those candidates.
- Building a network: you build a community of international candidates and companies in your region.
- Pitching candidates: you present candidates to companies where they truly fit. Sometimes these are existing clients, sometimes companies new to Accent. Prospecting doesn't scare you: you know how to convince companies with strong candidates, your enthusiasm, and professional approach.
- Guiding candidates: you get to know their story, discover their talents, and assist them at every step of the application process.
- Advising companies: you assist them in attracting and integrating diverse talent. You advise companies on required documentation, provide onboarding advice, and support with interpreting if applicable.
- Sales and targets: A simple task? Not always. Sometimes there's time pressure, sometimes expectations are very specific, sometimes you're diving into a complex life story. And at the same time, you have targets to meet. That requires perseverance, courage, and creativity. But that's where the magic of this job lies: you love the challenge that comes with sales.
