As a recruiter you have a natural way with words, you truly listen to people and you feel that click when someone is in the right place. What does the job of a recruiter entail?

Your role as a recruiter is versatile and people-oriented. No day looks the same, although as a recruiter you can certainly expect these tasks:

Morning start with your team: as a recruiter, you review the priorities of the day together with colleague-recruiters. You work independently but can always rely on other recruiters and your team leader.

Meeting candidates: as a recruiter, you talk to people who are looking for a new job. You discover their talents, their dreams, and their needs. Then you help them move forward: you propose vacancies, give tips, and ensure they start their application well-prepared.

Bringing vacancies to life: as a recruiter, you write attractive vacancy texts and make sure they reach the right people. You know the companies in your region inside out and, as a recruiter, you understand what makes them unique.

Contact with companies: as a recruiter, you propose candidates to companies where they truly fit. These can be existing clients but also new companies unfamiliar with Accent. Prospecting doesn’t intimidate you as a recruiter: you know how to convince companies with strong candidates, your enthusiasm, and your professional approach.

Sales and targets: as a recruiter, you deal with deadlines, expectations, and sometimes complex situations. At the same time, as a recruiter, you work toward clear objectives. This requires perseverance, courage, and creativity. It’s precisely in this that lies the magic of a job as a recruiter: you love the challenge that sales brings.

Achieving results: as a recruiter, you keep an overview, monitor your goals, and celebrate your progress and successes together with your team.
