The relationship manager vacancy involves full-time employment of 37 hours to 40 hours per week, with hours from 8.45am to 5pm. One out of 3 Saturday mornings you will work from 9am to 12.30pm. These hours will be compensated on Wednesday afternoons (recup). Our client does not provide overtime.

Our client invests in its employees and aims to build long-term relationships. As a new employee, you will therefore immediately receive a permanent contract from our client.

Financial:

  • A gross monthly salary depending on candidate to candidate, relevant work experience will be taken into account

  • Additional monthly bonus (personal and team-related)

  • Meal vouchers of €8 per day worked

  • 36 leave days per year that can be taken freely, after mutual agreement with colleagues (20 statutory leave days , paid 7 adv days and 9 collective leave days)

Our client is looking for a relationship manager to further expand the firm's client portfolio. To this end, you will use your commercial flair and expertise to advise clients on the extensive range of investments, loans and insurance.

For this vacancy, however, you will not be left to your own devices.
For prospecting, you will be able to count on your colleague commercial assistant who, given your experience, will reinforce you with advice, tips and tricks, so that together you can bring in new commercial opportunities.

As a relationship manager, it is therefore essential that you are service-minded and always think in terms of the client, without losing sight of the interests of the office.

As a relationship manager, the following competences are prioritised:
