Our client specializes in high-quality bathroom renovations in which customers are fully relieved of all worries.

A bathroom renovation consists of many different phases: demolition work, preparatory work, techniques, finishing, tiling and the final details.

As a team leader, you ensure that all those different steps on your site are carried out at the right time and according to the correct quality standards.

You mainly work at people's homes. As a result, your role is broader than just the technical side.

You are not only responsible for your team's work, but are also an important point of contact for the client. You help monitor that the home remains tidy, agreements are clear and the client has confidence in the progress of the work.

As team leader for bathroom renovation, you take charge of your renovation site on a daily basis.

You combine working alongside the team with managing colleagues and monitoring planning, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Your duties include, among other things:

  • You supervise the renovation workers on your site on a daily basis.
  • You divide the tasks and monitor the correct sequence of the work.
  • You ensure that the work pace is maintained without compromising quality.
  • Before the start of a new site, you check whether all necessary information and materials are available.
  • You work with a clear site start file containing the final design, the choices made, and the planning.
  • You check whether the necessary materials and tiles have been delivered on time.
  • You actively work on site yourself.
  • You ensure that the work is carried out according to the design and the agreed details.
  • You check important moments during the renovation before the next phase starts.

Think, for example, of:

  • techniques that must be checked before everything is closed up;
  • proper waterproofing before tiling begins;
  • the correct tile choice, batch, and shade before installation starts.

You are also the first point of contact for the customer on site:

  • You make clear daily agreements.
  • You communicate calmly and professionally.
  • You manage the customer's expectations.
  • You ensure that the home is treated with respect.
  • You help maintain order and cleanliness on site.

Do you notice deviations, changes, or possible additional work?

Then you discuss this with the project manager. You do not make any commitments to the customer yourself regarding changes or additional work.

In addition:

  • you correctly register the hours worked by your team;
  • you report deviations in time;
  • you pass on important information to the project manager;
  • you help monitor the quality and progress of your site.

  • You really get responsibility over your own site.
  • You combine technical craftsmanship with leadership.
  • You get good preparation and do not have to improvise every day.
  • You work with a clear site start dossier and concrete quality agreements.
  • You are not on your own: a project manager supports you when needed.
  • You help work on qualitative bathroom renovations with a high level of finishing.
  • You see a project evolve step by step from demolition to a fully finished bathroom.
  • You have direct contact with customers and see their satisfaction at a beautiful handover.
  • You get room to think along about how sites and processes can run even better.
  • You mainly work in your own region.

Our client guarantees high-quality solutions and custom work in the field of HVAC and sanitary installations, both for new construction and renovation. They are a regional specialist in HVAC and sanitary installations, known for their focus on quality and customer-oriented approach.
