Job description

As a shift supervisor, you are responsible for guiding and managing your team through all phases of the flax processing process. From cultivation and harvesting to the final processing of flax fiber, you will ensure that each step is carried out with precision and care.

Tasks:


  • Leading a team of flax workers. (10 or so colleagues)

  • Taking care of the planning, organization and supervision of the work.

  • Manage the harvesting and processing equipment.

  • Oversee the quality and quantity of harvest and finished product.

  • Train and develop staff in the latest techniques and safety protocols.

  • Maintain production reports and provide feedback to improve processes.


Your profile


  • You have experience in managing a team.

  • You can express yourself in Dutch and English.

  • Knowledge of the flax sector is a great asset.

  • You can be flexible towards working hours.
