For the position of signaling employee, the following entry requirements apply:
- You possess a driving license C. A driving license CE is a plus.
- You are willing to work in a permanent schedule and in a night regime.

Salary and extra-legal benefits
This is what you can expect:
- Depending on your experience, your wage is between 18.231 and 21.94 euros per hour.
- You are entitled to eco vouchers.

Vacation days
Your leave arrangement follows the agreements that apply in the construction sector.
- You are entitled to statutory vacation days according to Belgian legislation, accrued based on your performance in the previous year. That amounts to about 20 days of annual leave, depending on your contract hours and performance.
- There is a collective construction holiday of 3 weeks in the summer.
- Around Christmas and New Year there is a collective Christmas holiday of 2 weeks.
- In addition, there are sectoral compensatory rest days. On those days you do not work and you do not take vacation days.

You work at different locations throughout Flanders and travel together with a colleague in a van.

As a signalling employee, you support the signalling team in safely starting up, carrying out and completing work on the construction site.
- You support the signalling team with a crash absorber and help monitor the safety of the team.
- You help place road signage on public roads and on private property.
- You are jointly responsible for starting up the construction site, monitoring during the work and cleaning up afterwards.
- You provide support with additional tasks and help other departments when needed.
