Salary and extra-legal benefits

- Correct starting salary from €16.50 to €20 gross/hour in relation to knowledge, experience, and category according to joint committee 111.021
- Salary supplemented with meal vouchers of €8 (own contribution €1.09)/worked day and eco vouchers of maximum €250/year
- Commuting allowance + mobility allowance for travel from warehouse to work site for an amount of €0.1579/km
- Via temporary work you are entitled to a year-end bonus proportional to your worked days

Vacation days

- Accessibility: driver's license B is required as well as own transportation to the warehouse
- Personality: no 9-to-5 mentality, you are flexible and willing to work according to the project schedule
For the job as a steel construction fitter, you start your workday at the warehouse in the Heist-op-den-Berg region, where you, together with your colleagues, load the van and depart to the worksite.
Your range of tasks is varied and includes:
- Assembly of steel structures, platforms, stairs, railings, and mounting profiles
- Grinding and welding of guide rails and tread plates
- Assembly works at height
- Preparatory tasks such as drilling, grinding, and assembly at worksites
- Working correctly and safely in accordance with VCA Petrochemie guidelines
